Comoutos estate has been regarded as a unique magical place for almost 500 hundred years due to its unique history and geography. It is fallow and consists of approx 310.000 square meters of olive trees and 50.000 square meters vineyard. It is considered one of the biggest estates in Greece that is located near a town/touristic island and has almost 8000 olive trees and a vineyard in one location.

Extended use of Microorganisms (especially  soil bacteria) for

– Improvement soil fertility
– Reduce plant pathogens

 Comoutos organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by organic olives from our estate in Zakynthos, Greece. The olive oil is produced the very same day as harvesting and under optimal conditions (cold extraction below 26 degrees). We then store the olive oil in stainless steel tanks in a cool and dry environment. With this method, the taste, the scents, the colour and of course the natural antioxidants of this gorgeous extra virgin olive oil are preserved
