The Hadjispasou Family has been cultivating olive trees of the Halkidiki variety for the last 30 years, producing excellent quality edible Olives. In 2015 Elena Hatzispasou created the company EVITA OLIVES with the object of standardization and marketing of all types of olives, stuffed olives, olive oil, olive paste and sweet olive spoon.

Extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Koroneiki variety.
The acidity of extra virgin olive oil does not exceed 0.8o. It has an intense fruity taste and aroma of freshly picked olives. Its unique taste highlights ,in the best way, the freshness in salads while difficult flavors that need special mastery and treatment such as hunting, roasts and vegetables find their perfect match.
The fruit is collected from olive trees which are located in the wider area of southern Rethymnon.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Koroneiki variety.
The fruit of organic olive oil comes from olive trees in which no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or toxic chemicals have been used.
The acidity of extra virgin olive oil does not exceed 0.8o. It has an intense fruity taste and aroma of freshly picked olives. .
The fruit is collected from olive trees which are located in the wider area of southern Rethymnon. Our organic olive oil is ISO certified by the Food Safety Management Organization (DIO).
