The idea of Olea Homeopathica was born in 2012 in Freiburg, Germany (i.e. the city where I obtained the Heilpraktiker degree a few years ago), during a Homeopathy Congress (World Institute of Sensation Homeopathy [WISH]), when in the first break and while I was taking a look at the homeopathic bibliography, I noticed a book entitled Homeopathy for Farm and Garden by Vaikunthanath Das Kaviraj. I was so surprised and I felt like an overjoyed kid. Never before had I imagined that homeopathy could have an effect on plants as well. I took the book in my hands and leafed through its pages, trying to absorb all the knowledge it contained. Afterwards, I bought that book and a few years later it constituted my basic manual, along with the books of Christiane Maute Homeopathy for plants, for the homeopathic cultivation of the olive trees.

Health Claim
Theodosia Extra Virgin olive oil of homeopathic farming, rich in polyphenols, has gained the health claim established by the EU Commission Regulation No. 432/ 2012. The olive oil’s polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil per day.

Beyond organic farming
Theodosia extra virgin olive oil was produced by completely avoiding the use of fertilizer or pesticide, even those used in organic corps, taking the cultivation one step beyond that of organic farming.

Vital force of the olive tree
The aim has been to produce an olive oil based only on the tree’s vital power, whereas at the same time the purest and most natural cultivation would be obtained.

Homeopathic Farming
“Theodosia” extra virgin olive oil has been exclusively produced with the use of homeopathic remedies, which were utilized both to activate the soil and feed the olive tree, but also to deal with its diseases.

 Theodosia extra virgin olive oil with acidity level less than 0.3% (see the certificate here) comes from our field located in the multi award-winning for its olive oil area of Sitia, Crete and is a product of "Protected Designation of Origin". The method of the production of the olive oil is cold extraction and is constituted of 100% Koroneiki variety.
