ZAYT is more than just a story, a recollection or a biography; it is the culmination of three Najjar generations that seek to preserve a legacy.
The lands of El-Koura province – located in the northern region of Lebanon – stretch across the Mediterranean with phenomenal soil fertility to produce Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our farm operates a complete vertical integration model that encompasses the rich olive tree fields, the oil extraction facility and local skilled farmers.
