The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina from Amore Coltivato is an excellent quality monocultivar Coratina. The olives are mechanically harvested using techniques that ensure the integrity of the plant, with particular attention to maintaining the quality of the olives and avoiding any trauma that could affect the quality of the oil.

The company was founded in 2019 by the current owners but draws on a family olive oil production experience. The production processes of the company combine the technological research of the new generations with the skilled traditions of past farmers.

This combination allows the company to distinguish itself both in the Apulia region, where it originates, and nationally, as a producer of high-quality 100% Italian extra virgin olive oils that showcase and fully express the land they come from.

CHARACTERISTICS: Coratina olives are pressed within a few hours of being harvested, resulting in a sensory experience of vegetal aromas and a rich taste on the palate, with clear references to turnip greens, chicory, and thistle. This variety draws from all the fragrances of aromatic herbs and dark vegetables from the garden. The oil has a medium to intense fruity flavor and an elegant and not excessive bitterness.

PAIRINGS: It is recommended to use this oil raw, making it ideal for dishes with substantial and medium structure such as red meats, soups, vegetable soups, legume soups, and, of course, drizzled on warm bread bruschettas.
