Atsas silver edition organic with one of the highest phenols in the world
Atsas Silver Edition is a blended olive oil made from the Kalamon and Koroneiki varieties. The oil is produced with early harvest olives and cold-pressed in our olive mill. The EVOO is characterized by its spicy, fruity flavor and fresh smell. Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is a high phenolic oil too.
About V. Atsas Organic Products
Atsas is an organic farm located in a small village called Evrychou in Cyprus's buffer zone. We follow the best agroecology and permaculture practices as a certified organic farm. Our olive oil is produced from early harvest olives and pressed within 30 minutes at our olive mill. Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed, non-filtered olive oil characterized by its bitter, fruity flavor and freshness.
