This Extra Virgin comes from our Picual olive trees. We select our olives when they are in the veraison stage (when they are not yet fully ripe) and immediately cold-press them on the same day of harvest. This is how we obtain this exclusive Premium Extra Virgin with such an intense flavor and aroma of fresh fruit. Our Picual variety is characterized by its full-bodied character. In appearance, our Picual presents a bright green color. When smelled, its elegant notes of rosemary, thyme, and mint can be richly appreciated. On the palate, it is smooth and refined, with rich tones of freshly cut grass and green leaves.
