Our is a small artisanal mill that, in addition to milling its own olives, transforms olives from trusted local producers. For four generations, the Mazzone family has safeguarded and perpetuated the art of producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Committed to providing milling services to small olive farmers, we work with passion, emphasizing transparency, fairness, and professionalism. Strappete is the district where we have our olive groves, a plain at the foot of the Murgia Barese, 350 meters above sea level. It is a consistently ventilated and sun-soaked land from which our oil draws strength and vigor.
