TERRE DI MOLINARA ELAIOS

Elaios is an excellent single-varietal extra virgin olive oil, obtained from Ortice cultivars exclusively from the most characteristic lands and centuries-old olive groves near the town of Molinara. The harvest is done by hand, and the processing follows the cold extraction method. It is an oil with great structure and vigor, yet delicate on the palate and with a fruity flavor.
